I'm sorry heard that you have a cold.I;m catch a cold too.My mother told me ought to drink more and more water,and be careful the warm.I advirse you do this.It will help you recover your health early.When i catch a cold,my state of mind is too bad/terrible.I don't have a good appetite and i'm in low spirits.I only want to sleep.The doctor is advice me to drink more and more water too.and i feel better now.I think you also do this.that's important foy your healthy.I hope you can recover your health early.

Are you healthy
I am very healthy now .I don't like eating junk food ,because I think it is very dirty.And I get up and go to bed early every day.So I sleep at least eight hours a night.I also exercise for half an hour every morning.So I think I am healthy.

The Way to Stay Healthy
Health is most important for any of us.]n order to stay healthy,we need some common knowledge.
You must pay attention（注意） to the diet.We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables,because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat.As a proverb(谚语） says,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health.Don't have a lot of food that contains too much fat,such as butter.Meanwhile,sweets should be eaten in proper quantity,because too much sugar does harm to us.Don't drink too much coffee,either.
Too Late for Class
Since not untill five past twelve p.m.yesterday did I stop playing computer games,I went to sleep very late last night.After I got up at five past seven this morning,I hurridly went to school,and unfortunately,I was still late.

Health food is good for us, such as vegetables, fruits, etc. are healthy, we must eat French fries, ice cream, chocolate, and so on we are not healthy food, we should pay more attention to our diet and health.
