I'm sorry heard that you have a cold.I;m catch a cold too.My mother told me ought to drink more and more water,and be careful the warm.I advirse you do this.It will help you recover your health early.When i catch a cold,my state of mind is too bad/terrible.I don't have a good appetite and i'm in low spirits.I only want to sleep.The doctor is advice me to drink more and more water too.and i feel better now.I think you also do this.that's important foy your healthy.I hope you can recover your health early.

Everybady has a cold sometimes . When you have a cold , you shouldn't , too much . You should drink lots of water . You should go to see a doctor and take some medicine . You should go to bed early . You should eat vegetable and fruit . You shouldn't eat too much meat .
