As we can see from the chart that the number of students wearing glasses has steadily increased in a class of 50. The number of the short-sighted students increased from 16 to 25 from 2010 to 2011, and 25 to 34 from 2011 to 2012. In fact the phenomenon is common in junior and senior high school.What are the possible reasons that more and more junior high students get short-sighted?

From the point of my view,for one thing,students have to devote more
time to learning which often leads to overtired eyes.For another
thing,students who have weak sense of protection is also resposible for the
poor eyesight among the young people.Meanwhile an unbalanced diet is
also to blame.Figuring out the causes, I strongly suggest the students should take a rest for learning, avoid the overuse of the eyes and have a
more balanced diet.
