我想表达这句话如果不方便就不用了怎么说?不方便的英语又是怎么表达的?

中文说“不方便就不要xx”是一句客套话,其真正的意思是“不要勉强做xx”,所以相应的英语应该是：
Don't feel obliged to do it.或 Don't do it if you don't feel like doing it.
英语“不方便”是 inconvenient,但用它来翻译中文的客套话不是很妥当.

Forget it should it bother you too much.
Forget it should you not feel comfortable.
Forget it if this is not the right time.
Forget it if you don't feel comfortable.
