1.What do you value most when you choose an employer?

1.When I an looking for a job,a boss or the HR manager have always asked me a question:what do you value most when you choose an employer?
My answer is boss's eye for company further development.As a boss,I have been thinking that what an excellent boss has to do is to handle the company development problems and choose the correct direction for the company,making the company imporve many progress and more profits.Besides,the boss should have the strong the ability to handle all kinds of management problems whith the rapid development of the enterprise and understand how to arrange the mission to his employee
2.I think my career perspectives are divided into three parts in the next 3 years?As you know,I am just a new man entering this company.So I have been holding the opinion that the most important thing for me to do is to learn the new things by myself or from my teammates and understand this kind of industry more deeply.what's more,after 2 year,I am familar with this industry and operation ,so I think I can be the the member of management level and I can have and manage my own team.at the same time,I can creat more profit and value for the company
