1）1是对的,冠词a是必不可少的.虽然中文里面没有出现“一个”,但是英文必须要有,这是由不同的语法体系决定的.
2）measure在这里是“不及物动词”,后面可以不加动词,牛津高阶学者英汉双解的第一条解释就有如下例句：Can you measure accurately with this ruler?用这把尺子能量得准吗?
