I think you don~t have fun,i believe you need a balance of yin and yang to be heathy ,foe exampe ,are you often weak and tird maybe you have too much yin .you shoud eat hot yang foods,like beef ,eating dang sheng and huaqi herbs is also good for this .i shoud you need to see a doctor ,
