应该选C
C和D的区别是：
being done强调是“正在被”,所以如果选D则翻译为：领子正在被吹起
C的话就是一般的被动：领子被吹起
根据句意,并没有强调正在进行的意思,而只是客观陈述领子被风吹动,所以选C

是D？表将来的时侯用to be done ，进行时用being done答案选C，怎么办啊。表示衣服被穿着的状态记住了就是直接with sth done伴随着某事被完成了，sth是被动 with sth doing （即being done）是伴随着某事正在进行什么动作，sth是主动其实with我记下了许多用法是一个复合结构如with his book in his hands ...
