两句都不地道,并有中式英语之感
正确和地道的说法是
We are committed to product excellence.It is our believe that product quality reflects the soul of an enterprise.

第一句，“质量是我们anenterprise的灵魂。”这个看着舒服一点，如果 我是消费者也会选择第一句。因为这句给人的感觉是有力，自信。
第二句“我们认为质量是企业灵魂的语言。”有点太老套，用来激励员工的感觉，所以我推荐你用第一句。
