1.第一个除了1楼 happen + ed 过去分词作后置定语...
2.It is said that ...后加 it gives .PS：如果表示祖国用 motherland ..

第一个句子应该把the去掉，即把in the front of 改为in front of

in front of是在一个物体的前面，而in the front of是在一个物体的前部。
比如：
in front of classroom（在教室这个建筑的前面（教室的外面））
in the front of classroom(在这个教室的前面（里面...

我不同意把the 去掉。问题不在the.
There was a traffic accident in front of the house.
不可以用 happen. 这个词是多余的。
第二句听起来像是直接从中文翻过来的。语法不对。
"land" 是土地吗？还是陆地？为何跟母亲做比较？
