这句话我想表达的中文意思是“请不要改变现有订单,对于以后订单请小心处理”,请问此英文句子是否有歧义,如果有歧义,是否把and改成but即可.

用and是对的,翻译为“并且”,and强调的是后面的 place the future order carefully,跟前面的简单句不发生歧义冲突.
But是连接转折关系复句的连词,这个复合句,前后两个简单句,不构成转折关系,所以还是and更好一些.

hi，从纯语法角度上看，有没有人会理解成please don't place the future order carefully，也就是把change the existing order and place the future order carefully 当成并列短语

不会的，因为and连接的是两个并列关系的复句，这两个并列句之间不构成影响。 举个例子。Please don't speak so loud and go on with your homework: 请不要大声喧哗，继续好好做你的作业。这个句子中，don't 只是否定前面的speak so loud，并不否定后面的go on with your home work。
