其实我觉得更应该是这样的： Many professors may view some colleges are doling out phones to students as a bit counterproductive . 这样的话，Taking a step便是代替的宾语从句some colleges are doling out phones to students 但是这种处理方法我还是很少见，至于前置的原因，和之前的解释还是一样的，就是为了避免头重脚轻。 英语中最简单的句子结构就是主谓结构，不会只有主语的，谢谢您的提醒…… 你可以提出自己的意见，我们互相进步……
