I will feel uncomfortable,at worse,if someone asks me to
say something before the public,I will balt or just mubble
some words that even I don't belive what I say,I envy
and dislike someone who is glib and eloquant.But be
sociable is evoidable,how can I be glib?ah,my friends.

do not be afraid or worried
everyone has his own weakness
you have something you want to do:be glib and be able to go on well with others
however, when you are willing to be like this and solve this problem, you hate it because this kind of feeling is deep in your heart.
this is what we call a difficulty and it's also why it's so hard to solve it.
so just be yourself and work hard.
it is difficult but there is no shoutcut in solving it.
believe in yourself!
