请问 un homelette 貌似是拉康的理论或著作一类的.或许是un omelette?

两个都对…………因为拉康在这里做了一个合成词 【人-煎蛋】
homme(人)+omelette（煎蛋）= hommelette
而法语中lette这种后缀又表示“小的……”
我本人对拉康的lamelle薄膜理论不是特别了解,只好给你摘两段文字了：
