谢谢, ...someone report / feedback the below questions to you.. 1). report / feedback 为什么不用过去时呀? 2). below questions 我很少看到外国人将 below 放在名前做形容词用, 这样对吗?

1）语态前后保持一致，前面用一般现在时，后面也是 2）我疏忽了。below是介词或者副词，不能这样用，应该是questions below

我感觉下面回答的这句很不错... I don't know if someone had previously reported the issues below to you. 为什么他后面可以用不同时态呀? 他这句话表达有问题吗? 谢谢.

书面语，还是强调语法的。。其实他这样也稍微能说得通。 但是我还是觉得时态最好要一致，别人就不能挑出什么问题。
