第一个选plays,这个表示皮特踢足球,或者说会踢足球,爱踢足球,第二个选择is not playing,因为这个是表示目前,现在没有的意思.然后根据这句的意思也就知道是说的皮特现在在做什么,所以选择现在进行时的is watching.
