②③两种的说法最多,但是似乎①④也不错啊?

23句型为虚拟语气,其中2最为常用,选择题若有23两个选项,只选2,尽管3不错,但2更规范,更地道.
1也是对的,具体语境在看是否要用虚拟,若不用,则完全可以用1.
4其实也对,不过频率极低,语法无错误,但我们不能为了拼凑语法而讲英语,我建议尽量记住12就可以做对英语选择题了.
