这其实是一个省略了关系代词的定语从句.
Respecting others is a virtue,【one】【that/which】you are supposed to have if you want to win the respect of them.
尊重他人是一种美德,如果你希望获得别人的 尊重就应该有这种美德.
one 是指 virtue,而 关系代词that/which在定语从句中充当have 的宾语 可以省略.

可以考虑选：B （one). 说的是 “respecting others尊重他人”的这种美德。所以是 “一种、一个”的意思。
