why is intercultural communication increasingly important

Because the more people understand other cultures,the better they can get along.Prejudice comes from misunderstanding,which in some cases develops into racism and hatred.We can minimize these if we could try our best to learn about each other,understand each other.After all,we are actually not that different,no matter what our skin color might be,what religion we believe in or where we live.We all want the same things in life and need the same things to survive.Deep down,all human beings are the same.
