In probation,I combined what I had learned from school with the real conditions of work and made many suggestions on the management of logistics,which were highly appreciated.Due to good performance,I was transferred to the HR administrative department where I learnt more about the general administrative work,grasped the basics of human resource management,and furthered my understanding of management procedures.My work and efforts during the probation was highly praised by the manager of HR administrative department.
