In my case,I did not ask Loreen to prepare my resume.This term does not apply to me.
X I understand that all further transactions will be billed at $40.00 per hour.“Further transactions” are additional explanation via phone,email,or in person of any time spent on a file,other than the acceptance of the documents and retainer refund issued,for which the retainer has been received.Further transaction commences upon receipt of this MOU retainer re-imbursement request.
X I understand that there will be no further requests made by myself and/or any person duly acting on my behalf to or against Loreen Baloun or any affiliate.
X I understand and agree that any deposit received on my behalf must be returned to me personally.(If you request that the deposit be returned to another individual you must make this request in writing with proof of signature via i) a signed copy of your passport or ii) a notarized statement of the above said fact.
