go这个动词太特殊了,不说be going to go to句型.所以A不对.
不能说I am going to go to China,只能说I'm going to China.

＂really？＂说明回答着不知道ann生病，而＂be giong to＂是正要去，完全不符逻辑，所以不选A，选D。楼主和我同年吧，高考加油！
