前边没有the one的时候可以选whoever，因为有the one已经确定了，就不能说是任何人了，因为是那个人（the one）。

上面两个都错~应该选whoever.二楼还误解了,那是叫你选the one who和whoever...
whoever指no matter who,并没特指任何人.只是先到就赢
而the one who中,the one已经是特指,有局限性!所以应用whoever!

the one who comes first is supposed to win the prize.虽然扎一看好象是whoever其实不然，因为：后面的comes first 是来修饰who的，而who有来限定修饰the one，而如用whoever则会使句子结构混乱啊
