Health comes from healthy lifestyle
A good health lifestyle can make you more healthier.
For example,exercising every morning or night will make you strong ;eating vegetables or fruit will give you vitamin;drinking water will make sure that your body gets enough water;early to bed or early to get up is good for your energy and so on.
On the other hand ,a bad lifestyle can do harm to your body.
For instance,we break the balance of diet becase of the busy work ;eat a little and drink a little to lose weight ;stay at home to play games online all day ,something like that.
As far as I'm concerned, we living on the earth is a favor which comes from our father and mother .Having a good health is the best way to repay them.So,please keep your healthy lifestyle.
