陈述句：my name is XXX
疑问句：what is your name
这里what是对宾语提问,主谓倒装；但是疑问句作为从句,取消倒装,变回正常语序,所以是“…………what your name is”
陈述句：XX is the way to the library.
疑问句：which is the way to the library
这里which对主语提问,不用倒装,本身就是正常语序,所以疑问句做从句时还是正常语序,“…………which is the way…………”

前者正确。。

please tell me是插入语，插入语就是即是遮掉，句子意思也不会改变，这句话就是问名字的较礼貌说法.其实这句话跟could you tell me your name一样的。
