Dear Manager,I bought a cellphone SQ200 from the The First Department Store several days ago and found that I can't take pictures and send or receice messanges because of the malfunction of the phone....

In may this year in the store to buy a new phone, the function is many, the exterior also very delicate, but with less than a week will fail, the know now appearing has maintenance twice, still can't normal use, I applied for, because it now affects the normal life!
