这里是不是有语法问题？？which is including 这里定语从句是不是使用不正确

语法结构上没错 只不过include这个词一般不会用进行时态
应该改成which includes.......
这里which 引导一个非限制性定语从句修饰the function
which 代替the function 在从句中做主语 与谓语include的关系是主动的（功能包括。。。。。）
所以不能用被动

是正确的，这里including 是介词， 介词后面用ing形式，所以才是leading and organizing，is 后可以接介词，就像She is of medium build.
