不好意思，还需要打扰一下，不定式作目的状语有用被动不定式的必要吗？什么情况下不定式做目的状语需要用被动式呢？谢谢！

to do不定时作为目的状语，结果状语等应该具有与主语的逻辑主谓关系。 I need some juice to drink。 （目的状语） I drink Some books were sent to be read 。（目的状语） Books are read 这是很简单的验证方法，适合考试。希望能帮上您。

the copies 为句子主语，are sent to reviewers是被动态结构，to be read 不定式做目的状语修饰主语，其中的“be read也是被动态”，因为对copies来说 “read”的动作是被动的。相应地，如果反过来说“we sent reviewers the copies to read”这里就需要使用“to read”了。
