2.al copies of shipping documents such as but not limited to bills of lading ,air waybill or postal receipt must legibly contain the LC nouber pertaining to the shipment
3.for drawings amounting to USD50000.00 AND ABOVE OR ITS usd EQUIVALENT if LC in another foreign currency ,negotiating bank must advise china banking corporation VIA swift/telex the draft amount our LC reference number and the name of the reimbursing bank two days before claiming rembursement no other detailss shall be included
4.transshipment is permitted provided under through bills of lading.we hereby agree with thebeneficiary and negotiating bank that documents presented and/or drafts drawn under and in strict compliance with the terms nd conditions of this credit will be duly honored upon presentation for sight lcs or upon maturity of accepted drafts for usance(time)LCS.except as otherwise expressly stated this credit is subject to the uniform customs and practice for documentary credits are subject to te uniform rules for bank-to-bank .reimbursements under documentary credits ICC publicatioon no.525
5.charge :all bank charges outside the PHILIPPINES including reimbursing banks commission are for the account of the beneficiary .
6.period for presentation :documents must be presented within 21days after issuance of the transport documnet but within the validity of the credit
