Balanced scorecard uases the enterprise strategy implementation as a guidance,is a most effective strategy management tool helping to enhance strategic execution of the enterprise.This paper uses "CHING TAT ENTERPRISE" as an example,to study the enterprise's application of performance management based on the balanced scorecard.First of all,through the enterprises's SWOT analysis,formulate the enterprise's strategic goals and draw out the strategic map,then,from the 4 dimension of the balanced scorecard,to resolve the enterprise strategic targets realization and determines the measure of each indicator.Finally,in accordance to the action plan of the target drawn up strategic goals realization,through the application of the balanced scorecard,the enterprise would not just increase its business income,reducing of its overhead costs but at the same time,it could also enhance individual worker's ability,improving their initiative,optimizing the enterprise's management and business proccess,ensuring the realization of the enterprise's strategy and sustainable development.
