重组一下句型看一下,He tells me the details of the accident for what purpose.反映了什么主题意图. 所以提前后也不可以略介词for.

可以先有排除法：
A：for the purpose of 后面应该接名词 代词或名词性短句,而正文是一个疑问句
BD这两个不符合句法和语境。从上下文语境可知：主语是要问：他告诉我这个事情的细节是何目的。这个句排除掉D，B项中放置到原文后句法不符。因为倒装疑问句后he tell me the details of the accident+ purpose少了一个介词来连接purp...
