（The Seller,by acceptance of this order,certifies that to the best of it’s knowledge and belief,the Seller quotation relating to this purchase order was based on the best and most current pricing data available to the Sellers as of the date of the quotation and that the rates specified herein are those which are normally quoted to the “best user” or “most favored customer’ ）
and are no hire that those charged any other customer for identical items in like quantities
