Why people do voluntary work?请用英文回答

First of all, as a member of the society, it is our responsibility to do our part and give back to the community. Secondly, we help eachother in this world. Doing voluntary work greatly satisfy this concept in a organized way. Thirdly, it is also beneficial to ourselves. You gain experience and skills through voluntary works which will help you greatly in the future. Most importantly, doing voluntary work builds our kindness and the conciousness to help people.
