obsess主要有两个意思1.completely fill you mind so that you cannot think of anything else（也就是痴迷）2.to be always talking or worrying about a particular thing,especially when this annoys other people.（也就是你说的“困扰”）
恰巧今天看到BBC的一个节目,也是提到整形,里面有一句类似的.我想,说“困扰”应该更确切说（看英文解释的话）.痴迷的话,一般应该是对其他东西吧,比如说对电脑游戏痴迷.正一问当人们发下自己某个地方不好看时,担心它时,才要去整容.
