摘 要：目的 筛选乌药梯度渗漉提取的最佳工艺条件.方法 采用正交试验设计,以乌药醚内酯的含量为指标,选用L9（33）正交表进行试验.考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、润药时间对乌药醚内酯含量的影响.结果 确定最佳方案为：润药时间为30min,加6倍量90%的乙醇.结论 采用梯度渗漉提取工艺是一种较好的提取乌药中乌药醚内酯的方法.

Methods orthogonal design, with the content of linderane as index, used L9(33) orthogonal test. The effect of alcohol concentration, alcohol consumption, drug moistening time on the content of linderane.Results: to determine the optimal scheme for drug moistening time is 30min, adding 6 times amount of 90% alcohol. Conclusion the gradientpercolation extraction process is a method of extraction of Radix Linderae better of linderane.
