Are you really happy?

Sometimes I am also confused about that.What's the definiton of happiness?Personally I think a person might not be happy all the time.He is sure to meet some difficulties.But we should always be positive and self-confident .Besides,we should try to get along well with others so that we can enjoy the friendship to relax ourselves.

we can change environment around you little ,so we can not control everyone around you who make you unhappy.but I can change myself to smile when something or someone makes me unhappy .I dalled the it " bitter smile ",but I still happy.
