你好.是定语从句,很容易判断,因为这里的when等于on which== on the day(在那天).下面的是时间状语从句：
When their victory came that day, all the people gathered on the city center square to celebrate
it.
It was already morning when they woke up.是时间状语从句
语法结构：
it is / was +时间点when + 句子----------属于时间状语从句

谢谢你。觉得蛮有道理的。还是想再问一下。 这是比较具体的例子，能不能概括出一条总结性的判断原则？对这种 it is / was +表时间的词语+when +句子到底是定语从句还是时间状语从句进行判定？

ok. She will come on Monday when (==on Monday/ on that day) I will stay at home.------定语从句 （注意，will stay是一般将来时） She will come on Monday when I don't go to work and stay at home (时间状语从句) （注意， don't go, stay是一般现在时--------主将从现）
