June 1 is the most memorable day for Chinese kids all over the country.Almost all entertainment places such as cinemas,parks and children's museums and most palaces are open free to them.Elementary schools throw celebration parties while parents share them with presents.
It is a day to highlight the dignity of children and their need for love,care,and respect,and instill in the children a sense of independence and national pride.It is also a day to honor adults that have contributed to improving the lives of children.
