One health problem that i have
People usually get used to that only go to see doctor when body getting ache. In fact, most time before the body ring the bell to us, we already live in the wrong way which lead us to the unhealthy state.
For myself, i find that it is difficult to get off the seat before the computer. I guess many people with the same issue with me. Today we are surrounded by too many electronic things, computer as the most influential invention, bring us some health problems while it makes our life more convinent.
People stayed too many hours before computer, so our body get uncomfortable while our mind totally focus on the screen. I think when people notice the singal body sending to us , it will be too late. So, i suggest all of us should care our body eveyday even every hour, leave computer alone sometimes.
