it is called “travel in space” 此处是被动语态,被动语态的构成是 be + 过去分词.

过去分词的其本用法就是表示一个被动的动作或一个已完成的动作呀。表被动和被动语态是有区别的。表被动主要针对非谓语动词而言，被动语态主要是针对谓语动词而言。

这句话是一个一般现在时的句子，后面的 is called 是一般现在时的被动语态。
