老实说我不认为此次是我们的问题,订单既然已经给你了,你怎么可以没有注意?我们如果没有事前跟你沟通,我可以接受说你收到我订单后不接受cancle,可是你不能以此来解释你没有细看订单的疏失.

I am sorry that I think we can not accept this 30 dollar handling charge,with the first batch of goods was not the walk in two batches.
Frankly I do not think that this is our problem,as orders have for you,how can you not pay attention?If we had not been communicating with you,I can accept that you have received my orders not to accept cancle,but you can not use this to explain that you did not look at the mix of orders.
