答案选A,这是because 引导 原因状语 从句 与of all 没关系 也就是 不是 because of 短语介词
of all 是 从句中 的 状语 表示范围
导演绝不会将这个女演员辞掉,因为大家都认为她最适合这个角色.
of all 作最高级的范围
也就是 because she is the most qualified for the role of all
本句不存在定语从句 也不存在同位语从句 只有because引导的状语从句
