“疼痛”有时候算可数的名词
这是抽象名词具体化,比如have a cold, have a good knowlegde of, give sb. a surprise, have a good time,这里cold, knowlegde, surpise, time都是不可数,但表示某次具体情况,所以看做可数
in the back是固定搭配
