这三句话中whom都能换成who但第3句是错句

whom 引导定从或特殊疑问句时位 可以用who代替
但直接在介词后 作介词宾语时 不能用who代替

不可以,因为是介词宾语前置,whom其实是介词to的宾语,只能用宾格,即whom

楼主大可不必把这个东西想得那么复杂，其实很简单：Whom 只能出现在从句里面或是介词（如 to, from, at, of..）后面。
1． Whom 出现在从句里面时，所有用whom的地方都可以用who代替。Whom 这个词只出现在很正式的书面语。口语不用。
2． Whom 在介词（如 to, from, at, of..）后面时，不可替换。
