这里没用倒装哦,
这里的win sb sth意思为“（为某人）赢得,获得”
即 “the first step to unload its cargo ”(主语）为船长和船员们赢得了许多额外奖励
eg His modesty won him praises.
他的谦虚为他赢得了赞扬.
His deeds won our respect.
他的行为赢得我们的尊敬.
