可以用which that 或者不填来回答
因为是定语从句,而且是做spent的宾语（spend是及物动词 spend加时间金钱in doing）
用when 是代表定语从句不缺主宾表的情况下
比如
.when they have fun in china
或者 in which

what不用于定语从句

可以用which 和that 或者不填，因为是定语从句，而且是做从句中谓语动词spent的宾语（spend是及物动词）
当从句中谓语动词是不及物动词，或是及物动词但不缺宾语时，表示时间可用when
what不能用于定语从句
