today i want to show my opinions.First we should have a good sleeping quality,only enough sleeping time can give us a clear active brain.Second,a good body can make us study better,so i suggest that we should do more exercises and outdoors activities to strength our bodies.Third,I think that it's very important to ensure safety in food,we should pay more attention to our safe.
