用started是因为逻辑主语是the project,所以用被动.
would则是稍委婉的而已.就像有时候不用can 而用could代替一样
dealt with和第一个一样,被动语态.he dealt with做the document的后置定语修饰限定the document.分析得被动关系故dealt.
