Hello,everyone.My name is 장천.Before we start the presentation,let me show you my introduction.Description of content has two aspects,include:what is a bad boss and how to deal with a bad boss.
OK,the first question is (what’s a bad boss?)---------------A "bad boss" is the boss who put pressure on his employees, but not giving them the chance to develop and advance. A survey shows that most employees felt that there is considerable room for improvement for their bosses. They also felt that they would rather have a good boss who could make them feel happy at work then to get rises. The ability to execute tasks, however, under the leadership of "bad bosses" is much more effective than the "good bosses."
The second question is (how to deal with a bad boss?)-------------There are three steps to solve this problem
First ,Improving your relationship. Don't bad-mouth your boss with your colleagues and Praise your boss when he or she gets it right.
Second, having the right mindset. Before you go and blame your boss for all of the problems in your relationship, you should ask yourself whether or not there are aspects of your own performance that can be improved. And Focus on the problem instead of your boss.
Third,taking action.Ask to be transferred to a different department.Consider whether or not it's worthy for you to quit the job.
