This Guarantee will remain valid until the time
CONTRACTOR,according to COMPANY'S judgment which shall be binding in this
respect,have duly met their obligations to which this Guarantee - according to
what is stated in this respect in the terms of above mentioned order refers,
but it shall at any rate expire automatically not later than 31^stDec 2015 (date based on the maximum warranty period plus one month) in
accordance with the stipulations of the said order,so that claims if any,by
virtue of this Guarantee must have reached the undersigned before or on the
appropriate date at the latest.
